Durch das Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 "Haftung für Links" (312 O 85/98) hat das Landgericht Hamburg eindeutig entschieden, dass man durch die Anbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat, also haftbar gemacht werden kann; dies kann nur dadurch verhindert werden, indem man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.
Hiermit stellen wir fest:

GUSCO Handel, G. Schürfeld + Co. GmbH (hereinafter called GUSCO Handel) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and collects, processes and uses your data pursuant to the legal provisions on data protection.
Hereinafter you are informed about which data are collected during a visit to this Internet presence and how they are used. In case such Internet presence includes links to other web pages, this information does not apply to the data collection and use on linked web pages because GUSCO Handel has no influence whatsoever on their design and content.

GUSCO Handel collects, processes and uses the following personal data: your first name and family name, your address, email address, IP address, data regarding the orders placed by you, the mode of payment chosen by you and your payment data (bank account details or credit card number), moreover, the type and scope of the elements called up by you as well as the date and time of access.
The aforesaid data are collected, processed and used only insofar as is required to establish, arrange for or amend a contractual relationship (contractual data) as well as to render services, to render account and to make payment (utilisation data). Beyond that, your personal data will neither be transmitted to third parties nor used in any other way. In particular, we will not generate personal user profiles using your name and other identification features or a pseudonym. However, GUSCO reserves the right to generate user profiles made anonymous without reference to personal data.
